Can somebody tell me what tariffs apply to an iPhone made in Shenzhen and sold in the US, and to an iPhone made in Shenzhen and sold in China?
Tariffs don't apply at the point of manufacture. Tariffs apply to imported goods at the point of import.

Do you mean that Apple does not have to import an iPhone made in Shenzhen to sell it in the US?
No I mean, the locally created phones have no tariffs from the US.
