First you put it in the oven at 90 degrees Celsius

You wait until it’s 45 degrees on the inside

Heat up a pan with beef tallow (very hot)

You sear the ribeye in the pan on both sides

Take it out and let it rest

Cut it and add salt and your favorite spices

Make sure to get a thick piece and use a thermometer for the inside temperature
