Problem is that it doesnt matter what you believe, what matters is what the network is capable of and what people bidding on blockspace value.

We dictate what the network is capable of.

No you don't, consensus dictates what the network is capable of. If you want to change consensus feel free to create a fork and see if the market adopts it.
