Been on the #75Hard program for 13 days now.

Doing it with my oldest son.

Diet: basically just clean food - no processed deserts, no added sugar. We’re both people that could actually afford to gain weight.

Workout 1: Tactical Barbell - Base building for now.

Workout 2: Gracie Combatives - Finally getting around to using these lessons since we live so far from an academy.
