thoughts on having some event where a NIP-26 delegatee pubkey can be revoked?
* Delegator grants a delegation token to delegatee pubkey.
* Delegatee misbehaves (within the confines of the delegation token)
* Delegator publishes a “revocation” event, preventing delegatee pubkey from using the delegation token.

Revocations can't work like that because you can't ever guarantee that an event will be seen by others.
