Any miners willing to help me out?

Idk if it’s as simple as a firmware update (which seems to be failing) but my antminor stopped hashing early Monday morning and I can’t figure out why.

Am I stuck trying to get in touch with Bitmain or are there some good troubleshooting websites or videos that have helped others?
