Have you seen "You Are What You Eat" on Netflix?
I watched it last week and am begining to think seed oils and too many carbs are the real problem.
The Carnivore diet eliminates both of those problems, but I'm not convinced high cholesterol is a good idea.
Cholesterol = Testosterone production.

True. To be honest, I plan on trying a mostly whole foods plant based diet, but I'll eat steak once a week for sexy time. ☺️
