I exclusively lurk on twitter, I ALWAYS see the same people showing up concern trolling with "genuine question...", "genuinely curious", or "okay, but how do you explain...".
I refuse to believe these people are that fucking autistic that they have nothing better to do. No. They are being paid to be there.
That's why their whole timelines are filled with "vaccines are safe and effective, climate change is a problem and everyone knows the earth is a globe".
People need to watch debates with credentialed people that won't resort to ad hominem attacks and that actually understand the models they believe in, to see how seriously flawed what we all believed to be the truth is.
Yeah, tried watching some debates, especially Witsit ones. The ball side can never not lose their shit. At some point one realizes since their model doesn't work, a lot of cognitive diss is involved 😆
