I realized recently that it's not the texture of liver, but the flavor I can't handle. Also, if you're in San Salvador find me to find out whether you like the liver flavor or not apart from the texture.

it’s hit or miss I’ve noticed. I’ve found some that taste almost identical to oysters, clean and almost sweet sometimes. others just taste like pee

freeze raw, cut into small cubes, put in bowl of milk, eat like cereal, not too bad

not sure what type of liver you are trying, but deer liver is amazing after it is soaked in milk overnight...
