I did the same after Dec 20 and after having their card since the inception. Kinda sucks.

You can try crypto .com or alternatively get a Revolut account since you can fund that account with all sorts of coins and then use their debit card. But don't know of any card as good as the one Binance had in terms of free card, free ATM withdrawals, no swap or other fees and the cashback of course.
