To be fair, organic stuff in the US does have less glyphosphate dumped all over it, but... Any it's not good and most people really should be soaking and rinsing any veggies or fruit they want to eat before they cook/eat it. Even that's not a guarantee that it will eliminate all the risk, but it certainly will be better than not doing that, if you have to buy instead of grow your own.

pro tip: if you eat a lot of meat then you should do a parasite cleansing once per year. Nobody wants to feed a foot-long tapeworm and you can live with them for years without noticing.
