A lot of people say it's the so-called 5G towers. Do you have one close by where you sleep, maybe?

I don't think we have 5G out here. Just one tower in the general area and the service stinks. But I'm with you on this. Seems to me that some serious weather warfare is going on over Canada. We've had some pretty wild swings particularly in the last few weeks. Also noticed that none of my Casio watches have picked up the radio signal from the south to sync time in over 3 months. Somethings going on.

Who knows anymore? We supposedly had the worst tornado threat last night in the area in over 20-something years.

Get this. Sales came by this afternoon pitching 5G internet. Thry just put up a tower. ๐Ÿคฏ

Take a break from the internet brother. Sometimes you need it. ๐Ÿซ‚๐Ÿ’œ And GM ๐ŸŒž

Goodmorning ๐ŸŒž

Good morning, stay humble always.

Can I suggest breathwork? I tried melatonin etc but found that Wim Hof Method (YT free guide)/Mountaineering breathing exercises work best.

They regulate your mood and the effect is not a short lived placebo. Try it!

Blue light from devices disrupts circadian rhythms so use blue light blockers at sunset and turn on blue light filters for all your devices. Try to regulate your sleep schedule as much as possible. Get in bed at the same time and wake up at the same time. Should help a lot.

Hi ryan ๐ŸคŸ๐Ÿดโ€โ˜ ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‰ Your body and mind are trying to tell you something. Maybe itโ€™s stress, maybe itโ€™s something deeper. Try to tune in change your routine, spend more time outside, disconnect from screens before bed. Sometimes, rest isnโ€™t just about sleep; itโ€™s about peace of mind.

Rest.

Get Melatonin is a natural substance that helps you sleep.

Also disconnect from your phone and PC for some time.

Try magnesium glycinate and collagen before bed

I've been reading lots of positive posts about this combo. I'm definitely going to try it.

That is simply a food issue. Maybe look up what foods might be causing your sleep troubles and cut them for a while.
