I don't know what animals are these, they don't look real. In any case the police definitely doesn't use them. Also the uniforms are not from the police, but from the army.

These are buffalo and they are in Brazil, it’s actually the Military Police that use them.

Yeah, and in Brazil the Military Police is the street police you call on 911 (or 190). There's 27 MP, one for each state
