Every Thanksgiving, I use leftover turkey to make one of my most widely loved dishes (and the only casserole I ever make) — turkey tetrazzini!

It’s creamy, cheesy, tarragony goodness bursting with turkey, mushrooms, celery, onion, wild rice, white wine, and held together with angel hair pasta, with a crispy crust of onion straws, wild rice, and even more Swiss cheese (this year I used Gruyère and I may never go back)

It’s one of nostr:npub1jrx2fk666k5nt8vgak9xwyxlgcwh8fl9rvpwvvcpdthuqkcnptrqdfhtaq ‘s all time favorite meals, so I made him a keto version without wild rice and with hearts of palm noodles instead of pasta. Sorry I don’t have a pic of the finished keto version 😅 only the palm noodles in the baking pan ready to be mixed.

One of the best things about this meal is that it makes enough food to last several days! I’m so looking forward to the leftovers. Sometimes I even freeze a meal’s worth for some easy comfort food in the further future.

Dang that looks great!

I’ll always hear that woman’s voice in my head from the trashy daytime tv show: “she was seducing him with her chicken tetrazzini!”
