It’s pretty funny how the people who have said that to me are all unwell and at that same time will not believe me when I tell them about the verifiable fraudulence behind the dietary cholesterol “theory”. Nor will they watch any lectures from doctors I send them about cholesterol. They are absolutely certain their doctor is right about cholesterol and the science is settled. Dietary cholesterol and statins / low-fat diets is the blood letting of the times.
People just don’t like nonconformity. It makes them uncomfortable to see someone think for themselves and have the courage to take responsibility for their own life. It’s not personal. Even if we are wrong, we still took responsibility for ourselves which is something they can’t do.

Usually is the case, people just tend to forget their diet still makes up a huge portion of their health, though unfortunately the normies either can’t afford it or choose not to believe it
I really want to eat more than that. I'm at maybe 1-2 a week. Transition from a lifetime of no beef (following a tradition of at least 2 generations of beef, or even meat) to wanting to maximize my beef intake is pretty hard, ngl.
