Everything can be viewed from the perspective of “how well is this action being performed by my physical body?”

From sitting down in a chair, to walking or running, digesting, thought processing, critical thinking, or whatever else you love to do; can you do it with out chronic recurring pain or injury?

How well your physical being is tuned to both its internal and external environs is the key to peak performance.

Much of this can be done manually, hands-on to the physical body, and much is required energetically to reroute and ground out old neurological patterns, habits and fears.

All involves liberating the nervous system from the nose and static created around and inside us, which leads to fascial inflammation and all sorts of other strange affects.
