Yes, is more focused for scenarios without internet AFAIK though it uses Tor for online chat but the idea is that you can use it for people you onlh met Irl so there is no chance of a MIM attack

But it lacks a lot of features. Though if you are in the wild often without internet it may be sort of useful 🤔

SimpleX is a bit different, a lot of nostriches use it, eather way if you want to give it a go let me know
