This incessant karenizing some do over one thing or another is exactly why so many people don’t like Mastodon or the fediverse. There is no need to preach to, heckle or admonish every one you meet just because they don’t see the world (or a passing issue) exactly as you do, or something rubbed you the wrong way. MAKE AN EFFORT TO BE CIVIL (until that gesture fails). Ask for clarification before thinking the worst and lashing out. We’ll all enjoy the experience a lot more when you do.
