Yea there is delegation sig for my pubkey and snort shows its posted by me (because i assume the sig is invalid)

Yes, I forged the delegation tag (violating the signature).

Damus shows the note but correctly associated with the (impostor) delegatee.

I don't know, we have to assume that relays are "dumb", right? This perpahs is the case :D
