Quick question: are paid relays paid only to submit through them or both submit and receive? In other words: if I pay to post on a relay will only the people whonpay for the same relay see my notes (i.e. my reach would be limited)? Or is it free to post to and paid to read? Or pay to post but free to read?

In my example of nostr.wine: You pay to have write access to the relay. The public can read for free.

A different relay could technically have paid read access too.
