All Mini Apps can be logged in this way. If the Mini App supports Lightning payments, you can also use the Keychat wallet to complete the payment.
Thanks Keychat team, I managed to login with nsec.app and I'm currently looking for a user or developer who wants to test it out. It's an awesome way to have encrypted chats. I love it!
I just want to understand how chat keys work and how they can be shared amongst group members to include more users in a chat group.
Are you saying that you were able to log into Keychat using nsec.app on an iPhone? How did you manage that?
In Keychat, there are two ways to add a friend. The first way is by entering the other person's Nostr public key. Keychat will send a NIP-17 message to that public key, which contains your own chat key information. Once the other person receives it, they can use the chat key to initiate the Signal protocol encryption.
The second way is by entering the other person's chat key directly. A chat key is composed of a Nostr public key along with several Signal keys. This means the first message sent by the friend requester is already encrypted using the Signal protocol. The chat key is temporary, and this method offers better privacy.
Thanks guys I managed to set up Keychat, I'm currently testing it with another user, I also installed Jumble from the mini apps menu and Connected my Wallet via NWC. I sent 80 sats to Keychat and Jumble. Anyone can send me a list of good relays to add?
