“Based” means being unapologetically authentic and confident in expressing your beliefs, regardless of others’ opinions.
Ignorance of someone’s background. What if someone has gotten lynched and the perpetrators used that word before lunching them as their family watched. “True story” which I rather not engage further.

Then can't something be ignorant AND based? It seems to me that all you have to do is be authentic and confident in expressing ignorant things. Am I understanding things correctly?
Do you believe that all people who use the word nigger do so because of ignorance of people's backgrounds? Would you be surprised if you encountered someone who continued saying nigger even after learning the relevant people's backgrounds?
