Truth. It's always about money, ain't it?

I work for one of the world's largest companies (in their industry) [hey, I never said I was perfect...I'm working on it] and we have a DEI CEO. It's a fucking joke. During the COVID scam, we had to take MANDATORY 'inclusion & diversity' training and participate in related working sessions. Eventually, a lot of the employees who were forced to take the trainings voiced their opinions on an internal webpage that allowed comments about more upcoming mandatory 'inclusion & diversity' training. It was pretty funny. People from all walks of life and social backgrounds were telling the executives running the farce that it was indeed a farce. Several comments were along the lines of, "Hey, I'm not a racist...I didn't do anything wrong." Or, "I think this is bullshit and I'm a person of color." Since then, we've had no mandatory 'inclusion & diversity' trainings. Emails and events about 'inclusion' and all that kind of wokeness still exist, but the trainings are no longer mandatory.

Speak your voice if you don't agree with what you are hearing in our society.
