So it's a measure of how trusted that person is based on the opinions of the people you follow.
It is, I was thinking about this earlier. With the way you have this implemented, if I want a high signal experience I can raise the filter to the point where I would only ever see the notes from the most trusted people on the protcol.
Any newcomers would have to build up trust in my network before I see what they have to say.
