Pro Tip:
-Heat the bare stainless steel for two minutes
-Add grass fed/pasture raised butter to cover the pan
-Add eggs
-Lower heat
They slide right off. No non-stick garbage needed

THIS. I don’t own any nonstick. Stainless and cast iron. Enough fat does the trick. #lowandslow
