This is very potent and more of a liver/gallbladder flow agent / cleanse than it is a smooth evening tea.

Start with 1 tsp of orange peel cooked for 10 mins in water with a thumb of ginger, then add honey and sip.

You can aquire orange peel in a dehydrated format, which is great for storing long term, here: https://www.amazon.com/Frontier-Orange-Granules-Certified-Organic/dp/B001VNKVPE

Can I use tangerine peels?

I would think so, but never tried.

The following morning, have sprouted rolled oats with lots of apple, butter, and brown sugar to soak up the epic dump of bile that will result from 1 tsp - 1tbsp of orange peel tea.

I’m picturing you just giggling at the folks trying to achieve a “gallbladder flow” listening to your silliness 😂
