Have any of you tried an NAD+ IV treatment and, if so, was it worth it?

I didn't think it was worth the price after a year. But I'm 40, not 50 or 60.

When I am run down I get the Myers' cocktail and it works wonders for me!

Never tried NAD.

Have a friend in his mid 50's and has it once a month and See's some benefits eg less soreness, body ache, Brain fog.

Yes, moderate results mostly in overall energy, metabolism and mental clarity over the course of 1 month did one drip and 3 weekly injections. If done constantly results would likely be more noticable.

Not done IV, interested to know if anyone can cite literature comparing IV to taking NMN.

I haven’t done that but I use glutathione powder in an atomizer when I feel run down.

I mix some bulk glutathione powder with a small amount of baking soda and some distilled water. Some people make suppositories but the nebulizer technique is easier.

I’m not keen on chronic use of antioxidants but it’s great having options.

Nah. I've calculated that all the time spent trying to prevent death, would take away from my life.

Metformin is the way (and way cheaper).

No but I'm pretty sure niacin is effective at raising NAD levels.
