I need to find a usb charger to stick to the wall (it means plugged to power with a cable) It must absolutely have at least 1 usb-c 65w for my wife laptop and 3 regular usb3 .

Most likely you need to follow recommendations of the laptop manufacturer in regard to both: cable and power supply.
This article might give you some ideas why:

That’s interesting thanx!
That’s OK, but maybe also just have a look on some of my notes on the topic below. Not all exactly relevant, though. Main mistake often made is assumption that it’s just a cable - it is not. ☺️
What is EMCA cable?
An Electronically Marked Cable Assembly (EMCA) is a USB Type-C cable that uses a marker chip to provide the cable's characteristics to the DFP. The electronic marking is accomplished by embedding a USB PD controller chip into the plug at one or both ends of the cable. 28 Jun 2016

E-mark (Electrically Marked Cable), The USB Type-C active cable is packaged with an E-Marker chip, DFP and UFP use the PD protocol to identify the properties of the cable: power transmission capability, data transmission capability, ID, etc. 16 Jul 2020

What is PD and QC charging?
QC 3.0 is similar to PD 3.0 in that it offers better charging performance than standard USB. Also like PD 3.0, both the charger and the device must be compatible with QC 3.0 for it to work. ... QC is short for “quick charge”, and it's a proprietary technology developed by Qualcomm. 16 Jul 2020

What is PD and IQ?
USB Power Delivery (USB PD) is an open fast charging standard. Developed and maintained by the same group that supports USB-C.
Anker’s PowerIQ 3.0 is a proprietary fast charging standard that combines USB PD and PowerIQ 2.0 into a single USB-C port.
Anker’s PowerIQ is a proprietary fast charging standard that mimics Quick Charge 3.0. So PowerIQ 2.0 can typically fast charge device which support Quick Charge, Samsung Adaptive Fast Charging, and Motorola TurboPower.
PowerIQ 3.0 is able to offer fast charging to a large range of USB-C using devices. Newer iPhones, most Android phones (notable exceptions are OnePlus and Huawei), Nintendo Switch, and many USB-C using laptops (with sufficient wattage output). 10 Sept 2019

What's the Difference: USB PD 2.0 vs. USB PD 3.0
https://satechi.net/blogs/news/whats-the-difference-usb-pd-2-0-vs-usb-pd-3-0
Power Rules for both USB PD 2.0 and USB PD 3.0:
Sources >15W supply 5 volts and 9 volts
Sources >27W supply 5 volts, 9 volts, and 15 volts
Sources >45W supply 5 volts, 9 volts, 15 volts, and 20 volts
The difference between the two types of PD charging lies in the amount of detailed information given by each.USB PD 3.0 has worked to improve its power delivery but is primarily known for offering increased amounts of information about the device being charged and its power/ battery. This includes reporting any malfunction or system change within the device, temperature of the device, or what may be causing hold ups or decreased charging speed, etc. For example, if an over-current or over-voltage occurs while charging, your device will notify you with a data message of the mishap.
