Keep her accountable and she will reward you. If she wants to go out to dinner with her friends, that is fine - but be sure she completes her normal (or additional) tasks first.

HER: Is it ok if I go to dinner with Becky on Thursday?

HIM: That is fine, just make sure you fold that laundry before you go out.

This reminds her that there are responsibilities and expectations around her behavior. Despite her pouting 🙁, her respect and attraction for you will increase because you are holding her accountable.
