I know that amethyst has some support for this. One thing is we would benefit from more onion service relays.

I usually use Snort when I'm connecting over TOR. It's exposed as an Onion service too: http://agzj5a4be3kgp6yurijk4q7pm2yh4a5nphdg4zozk365yirf7ahuctyd.onion/

Np! I think most clients would work "over TOR", it's really just a matter of routing the HTTP requests over a TOR connection instead of over a "clearnet connection".
