I walked like that with the same contrast when visited Istanbul some ten years ago (don’t ask why, but it was very hot, hell on earth basically).

Well maybe that outfit matched alot better in instanbul than in venezuela

It’s 2,5 million city, there are contrasts. And it’s also partially Southern Europe, partially Asia, which also have some effect. But some areas of, for example, London, nowadays look a lot worse.
