All the tagging is essentially just assigned emojis that best describe the situation/reaction depicted in the mp4/gif. I curate them, like YODL mentioned from a large collection (still 6,000 to process), and upload them to a blossom server, hoping that other Nostriches will help categorize them. nostr:npub1m64hnkh6rs47fd9x6wk2zdtmdj4qkazt734d22d94ery9zzhne5qw9uaks has done the heavy lifting, but it is tiresome. It's best to do it sparingly.
It's meant to make the gifs on his site easier to search, while being less specific and disparate than word tags might be, iirc.
They're all high def gifs he curated, and there's some great ones in there. I have a few dozen faves, and go to them for special times they fit. Big fan of this one here:

It can be multiple emojis, like add a car since it's a car park. Anything that stands out, you tag it. nostr:npub1m64hnkh6rs47fd9x6wk2zdtmdj4qkazt734d22d94ery9zzhne5qw9uaks is great at that. I would take a look at some examples that contain multiple emojis just to get an idea. But there's no right or wrong way to do it.
