I guess I didn't realize they couldn't, but my point is that it would become harder for those that currently do if they can't afford storage or a good enough network speed to download the entire node.

I have heard of this thing called knots (spelling might be off) but haven't looked into it.

I just believe that Bitcoin and the network shouldn't be solely controlled by major corporations. 🤷‍♂️
