I bet the nutrition is a nonzero factor but I think the majority of low T for vegans is because of their other lifestyle choices combined. Perhaps chronically indoors, don’t play sports outside and compete with other men with is proven to raise T, don’t lift weights, etc.

Also not eating any foods that can naturally boost your T levels 🤷‍♂️🤔
