There are no official representatives or spokespersons for bitcoin or nostr, and that’s part of what makes them so appealing.

Makes me laugh whenever a precoiner friend tries to show me the marketing page of another “coin” 😂

That reminds me of a friend who kept asking me many times which crypto he should buy. I responded that I personally just hold Bitcoin and that he should do the same. His answer was, “Bitcoin’s price is very high. There are other coins like Doge that are cheap and thus have a ‘great growth’ opportunity.” 🤡

I heard that one as well. It’s so stupid. Or this one “I bought a couple of them just in case I catch the next bitcoin”. We’re playing pokemon now? 😂😂

For nostr not having a marketing team there sure are alot of events and meetups...

It’s beautiful

#nostr has a community and culture that cares. way better than any marketing team

wouldn’t be interested any other way

Curtis Yarvin is a generally intelligent dude, one of his criticisms of Bitcoin is the lack of CEO.

He’s also the man behind Urbit which does have a CEO and whilst I like the idea, it hasn’t really gone anywhere.

Interesting dichotomy.

We should get their CEO on here

Yes, not counting on a person, but rather the code

I am waiting for the Nostr Foundation 🫠

How compromised is Blockstream by the builderberg group?
