anything you submit to an llm that you don’t host yourself is being stored. almost everything. even if they don’t have a dedicated database for it, they can just check the api logs & see your entire chat history.

i also run olama locally. i use it more for personal stuff, organizing, summarizing, personal notes, connecting it with obsidian, all that kind of stuff.
