What words do you like to replace "proficient" with? Any words in general on resumes that stand out to you as good ones to use?

My thesaurus says "adequate". Never put "adequate" on a CV.

“Decent”

Typically it will be used to demonstrate that you can use specific software/tools - you can just create a software section and list them.

Better yet, demonstrate your proficiency with the accomplishments/results you list under each position on your resume.
