I wouldn't take too much inspiration from the likes of Choamsky, given his statements during conjob-19.
I distinctly rememvber him saying that you don't have to get vaccinated, but that if you choose not to that you should be shunned from society and live in some sort of parallel community away from all of the clean pure people.
