Any of you into doing cold plunges? I have seen it forever and now that I'm getting back into lifting a lot it seems pretty beneficial. Wife started doing it so I'm tagging along.

I've done it a few times with bath water as cold as I could get it 48*F for 15 minutes. Going to start adding snow/ice.

Cold is addicting.

Yeah I do cold plunge every morning for 5min at 5°c/ 41°F before working out.

what benefits have you noticed?

Definitely a huge dopamine hit after getting out of the water, I feel great instantly. I'm getting bloods done this week to check if testosterone levels have increased from baseline and I'm definitely looking leaner around my abs but that's anecdotal at the moment as I'm eating well.
