Sending an/other to do the job is just like grabbing a handle of control. You don't have real power nor authority over it, just control which is conditioned by exterior forces. The more you hold on to it, moving around the changing factors, the weaker it gets you. You either do it or you don't. Otherwise the doing and the having are not in alignment and when lacking stability, things can only move on the horizontal. This is why without moral/ethical values, nothing durable can be achieved.
