I think my actual point was widely missed. I did not talk about censoring content. I tried to outline that there is no mechanism to act on severe threats. Everything else should be left to a users self-moderation by enabling optional filters in their clients of choice to filter content they don't want to see or not interested in.
Should have taken more time writing this properly.
the problem is: who gets to decide what a severe threat is?

See, I picked up on this topic because for some reason adult movies starring children somehow became a topic a week or two ago. How would you deal with this? mute the relay or person or group and move on?
