I tell all my fam and friends that flexibility (geographically) will be key moving forward. The world is increasingly global and those who have mobility will be able to take advantage of the global competition for the best and brightest. You don't want to be stuck in a place that goes to shit (like SF city for example).
Get the F out of China’s sphere of influence would be my advice. So that includes Singapore, Thailand, and any other future vassal state.
