With usual HEPA filters like the xiaomi (its cheap , long lasting big filter) you will get clean room conditions in your flat even in mexico city. I measured 0 ppm <0,3um , when i walked or moved something it rose again :) had a window covered with cardboard and wrapped filter in ductape in front of it, cleanroom overpressure.
