The first thing I always tell people when they are Oslo is to use this website https://meravoslo.no to find unique experiences 🇳🇴

Top things to do:

1. Visit Holmenkollen

2. Take the metro to Sognsvann to either walk around the lake or walk to Ullevålseter

3. Visit a museum

- The new national museum and the Bolle Bar

- Munch museum

- Visit the new public library Deichman and the Opera house

- Paradox Museum

- Fram museum

- Norsk Folkemuseum

4. Go up to Ekebergparken

5. Akershus festning

Let me know if you want some suggestions on resturants 🍽️

Would love restaurant suggestions! We’re staying near the palace

1. Oslo Street Food (more like a hip, family friendly food court. I’ve been there many times and love it)

2. Mano Pizza (they have both at Frogner and Grunerløkka)

3. Lille Herbern (it’s a hidden away small outdoor restaurant at Bygdøy with authentic Norwegian seafood. It’s unique w/a small boat ride & one of my favorite) Double check if you need to book at table beforehand)

4. If you are looking for more bars I will recommend going to St. hanshaugen where they have «Rett i gapet», «Merkur bar»

5. If you want something more fun and child friendly I will recommend «Pincho Nation». Just remember to book a table on beforehand. Very popular place.

6. «Vippa» a unique and hip food court right next to Oslo fjorden. All sorts food and cuisine.

7. «Mucho Mas» in the heart of the hip neighborhood Grunerløkka. Mexican cuisine and one of my all time faves.

8. and of course anything along Aker brygge is great 🍽️

Let me know where you guys went 🫂

Thanks so much! Any particular one in the Aker area you prefer?

The only two I’ve been to are Olivia and Delicatessen. Both are really good.

I’ve heard that Lofoten Fiskerestaurant is great too 😁
