Im not sure how it works in the US.
But in canada you're aloud to use crown land anywhere you want for up to 30 days provided you don't build a permanent building. The you can literally move 50 feet and set up shop again.
😂 thats not an option. I actually have equity in valentina estates which is a gated tiny house business in the US. It‘s working really good. In fact, over the last 4 years this business even beated bitcoin.
Anyway, I‘ll need a permit for the tiny houses and official registration.
This will take challenges, time, energy & capital. Chances to success are low because its in a nature park.
But…but…if I am successful…
Ill build something this planet had not seen yet. Thats the upside potential.
