It depends cuz both are two sides of a spectrum! Now I feel very lonely and nobody wants to be with me but other times I feel free and blessed and I want to be alone but suddenly everyone wants to be with me! Both side are equally as fun and important for our mental, spiritual and emotional growth
And when you find that peace and growth, and you are truly comfortable with being alone, you will be the most attractive to the right someone.

My take on this is that you can't be happy with someone else is you're not happy with yourself. To much often people seek happiness in others.
