That looks so amazing. I make a lot of homemade pizza but never thought about maple syrup in the crust. We have a bunch we processed this spring to use!

If anything calls for sugar we use maple syrup. Mostly because that's the sugar we make so that's what we have. I wonder if honey would work too albeit a lot brighter of a flavor usually.
