So I ran Qubes for months mostly as a learning exercise, and BRUH... I didn't even have hardware virtualization. It was PAIN.

I've used a long time. Have to buy a desktop with intention of running it.

I honestly love it, I love the separation of what can access what, and I love that you get to choose who can access what on the fly. Plus having a VM to act as a tor pipe any time you need one; awesome.

Agree. I mainly use it for having separation of VMs by client or project. Along with sandboxing malicious code and threat hunting. Just have to never let root LVM run out of space or becomes a nightmare to fix.
