Is there a client that suggests people to follow, based on the people you already follow and who they follow?
Bonus points if you can log into it with NIP-46 (nostr connect / bunker)

I do believe Iris/snort does something like it, but I didn't use it in a while
Voyage suggests you these people. Sorted by number of posts/replies in the local database.
this shouldn't be a part of a client.
it should be a separate entity similar to how a signer is not part of the client.
