I don't like most parts of Praha 3.
Praha 18 is just Bitcoin Conference.
But I really like Praha 10, Praha 1 East Side of Vltava and Praha 2.
I wasn't in all the other places of the city.
Don't know if I'm interested in them.

Praha 7 is also good, feels like there are less tourists and it is less crowded.
Feels like native czechs live here.
Praha 1 and some parts of Praha 2 are the least locals-inhabited parts of Prague. At the same time there are strong "communities" living in the old turisty part of Prague Castle. They often call it "village like".

Praha 10 is quite big. Some parts are close-ish to the center (Vrsovice), some further (Strasnice)... a lot of different kind of environments. Dense 19. century blocks with good public spaces, vast cementeries, 50s socialist blocks and of course 60-80 panel houses with very disfunctional public spaces around them.
